Return policy will be applicable only if the customer will have a valid reason of returning the item

Reasons that are accepted for Refund:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We have a demanding checking procedure to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer, but in the extremely rare cases if the product does not match your order or product description due to mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size) we will accept returns & we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. If the customer is asking for a refund without any valid reason, the courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

In order to return the item, the customer must have to inform us through email ([email protected]) within 24 hrs after receiving the product by courier AND if the item(s) has not been received by us within 7 days, the return policy will be invalid.

·  Items must be returned unused, unworn and unaltered, all tags and labels still attached and in the original packaging. The Items that are damaged, marked, soiled, or smell of perfume or products will not qualify for a refund

·  Products sold during sale or special offers are not Refundable

·  For customized or made to measure orders we have a strict no returns or exchange policy
