6. If an item that I want to buy is sold out will you be restocking it?

8. How long does delivery take and what are the charges?
Delivery time frame is between 5-14 working days and is free for 500AED and above for UAE.

Our refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that all orders done in cash on delivery will be refunded through E-store credit note onto your account online.

12. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchase has been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
